Tonight on the Write Stuff — Scriptures for Writers with Shoshanna Gabriel
Encouragement for writers by the Giver of words
A number of my author friends, and yours truly included, are having a particularly difficult time right now. We who know each other have cried and prayed together.
I’m so glad to rebroadcast this show from two years ago. My guest is Shoshanna Gabriel. When this show first aired, she had recently given up her lucrative career as an erotica author to write Christian inspirational romances. Her story and the encouragment within this broadcast I think are timeless. I hope you’re blessed by them too!

**REBROADCAST**
I remember a scene from the movie, A Beautiful Mind, when Jennifer Connelly studies a painting and she makes the comment, “God must be a painter.” I thought about this as I write the show description for this episode of the Write Stuff. Within the vastness of everything that the Lord is, He is an artist. A painter, a writer, a musician, a poet, whatever art form there can possibly be, He is all of those things.
Writers, in my opinion, are blessed to be given this talent. Just like every artist is blessed with their God-given ability. However, though we use words to express ourselves, we should also be reminded we need God’s words inside of us that will help us along the way.
